Peace Day: Yorkshire Sculpture park and Peace Day
21 September is the UN International Day of Peace, a day of global ceasefire and non-violence: Peace Day. YSP invited Manchester Aid to Kosova (MaK), the Directors of the Peace Park in Podujevë, Kosova and its many partners to celebrate Peace Day in 2009. Together they introduced their work and vision for the Peace Park and the regeneration of Podujevë, aiming to raise awareness and create opportunities for future development.
